Polyethylene Closed Cell – Cross Linked would be considered as a presentation packing foam or display foam. A high quality finish that will last. This foam will come with a 2 year guarantee.
Polyethylene Closed Cell – Non-Cross Linked would be considered a high quality packing foam used to protect objects such as electronics and instruments. Anti-static and Fire retardant options available.
This is one of our premium foams, it offers the perfect density to grip and protect your product, and when heated gives a premium aesthetic finish. It has extremely good impact and energy absorption properties. It is UV, water and oil resistant offering very little corrosion and weathering.
This light weight foam is a perfect choice for shadow boards, display boards, tool kits, workshop equipment and premium packing.

LD33 offers much the same properties as LD45, although the density is slightly lower. To the untrained eye the differences are hardly noticeable. In addition, LD33 offers a slightly more economical premium finish. LD33 is ideal for flotations due to its lower density.

LD15 through to HD110 available with varying densities, all available in Cross Linked or Non-Cross Linked
Also available as SD (Static Dissipative) this material allows a static charge to be dissipated over the surface area of the product and CN (Conductive) which allows a static charge to pass through the material.
XLPE and PA foam is an extremely fine celled foam. It offers all the same qualities as the LD range but as a denser foam with a smoother look and feel. It is often used as a more cost effective option to the LD range.
Our standard packing foam is a flexible polyurethane material widely used for general-purpose cushioning and protection. Lightweight, versatile, and cost-effective, it’s ideal for packaging items that require shock absorption without the rigidity of closed cell foams. Available in a range of densities and profiles – including convoluted (egg box) foam – this foam offers excellent compression and rebound properties.
